By using Tourist Mate, you agree to these terms.

## Service scope
- Tourist Mate provides travel-planning and AI-assisted informational features.
- Content is for informational purposes only and is not legal, medical, or emergency advice.

## Accounts
- You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information.

## Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse APIs, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Use the service to violate laws or rights of others.

## AI outputs
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- You must verify important details (safety, visa, legal, health, booking, pricing) with official sources.

## User content
- You retain ownership of your content.
- You grant Tourist Mate a limited license to store/process content for app functionality.

## Availability
- Service may change, pause, or discontinue features without notice.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

## Limitation of liability
- Tourist Mate is provided "as is" without warranties.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tourist Mate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

## Termination
- You may stop using the service anytime.
- You may delete your account in-app from Profile -> Delete Account.

## Governing terms updates
- Terms may be updated periodically.
- Continued use after updates means acceptance of updated terms.
